What's New in Avro 1.4: Priorities, Permissions, and a Smarter Admin

Avro 1.4 focused on control: over what gets done first, over who can do what, and over what's happening on your account.

Priority work is visible everywhere

Mark a task priority and it surfaces on the map, in job details, and in the jobs list — so the thing that must happen today looks different from the thing that should.

Permissions with a safety net

When you revoke a permission from a group, Avro now offers to remove it from members who also hold it directly — closing the classic "removed it from the group but Dave still had it" hole.

Routing you can trust mid-optimize

  • Schedule-locked UI: while an optimization runs, routing actions disable instead of silently conflicting.
  • Pinned stops: visible pinned-stop controls in route editing, with clearer re-optimize behavior.
  • Recurring routes: pick a start date with a proper datepicker.

Admin analytics, rebuilt

The admin traffic view now breaks activity down by client (web, app, SDK version) and lets you click a status code to filter traffic to it — the fastest way from "something's odd" to "it's the Android build."

And the scrolling

Events and invoices moved to scroll-based pagination on web and mobile, and the mobile menu's routes list gained a date filter chip.
