Avro 1.5 is the biggest release of the year: a new financial home for owners, and an app that updates itself.

Insights, rebuilt from scratch

The Insights tab was rebuilt around revenue recognition — revenue by category or as one total line, cumulative or per-period, with outstanding billed A/R, collections, and per-crew breakdowns. It answers "how are we actually doing?" instead of "how many invoices exist?" The mobile Analytics page matches, and it now respects billing permissions.

Proposals and billing hardening

  • Proposal expiration: expired proposals are handled gracefully for the customer instead of erroring.
  • Delay logic: delays flow through scheduling and billing consistently.
  • A large batch of billing fixes across invoice details, event labels, and charge loading.

Team-required clock-in

A new company setting requires crews to join a team before clocking in — so time and revenue attribution are right from the first minute of the day.

The app updates itself

The mobile app now ships fixes over the air: a download bar with the Avro logo while an update pulls down, and a tap-to-restart banner when it's ready. Under the hood, releases are tied to version tags, crash reporting got deeper, and the splash screen finally wears the Avro logo.

Storage, tracked

Every stored photo and file is now tracked with size and company attribution, powering the new storage view in admin.
